You can specify your preferences in the questionnaire, and we'll match the style to your story. **Can I request changes to my song?** Yes. Tell us what needs changing and we'll make it right — that's the guarantee on every song. When they click the link, they'll see a beautiful presentation of your song. **Can I download my song as an MP3?** Your song lives on its own private page with unlimited streaming, and we don't offer direct MP3 downloads. The link works on any device, never expires, and you can share it with as many people as you like. **Do I own my song?** Yes! The song created for you is yours to enjoy and share forever. Your shareable link will always work. ### Orders & Support **How do I track my order?** Visit our Track Order page and enter the email you used at checkout. You'll see your order status and receive email updates as your song progresses. **What if I can't find my order?** Don't worry! Check your spam folder for our emails. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@timelesssong.com with your email and we'll help you locate your order. **Do I need to create an account?** No account needed! We use guest checkout—just enter your email and you're all set. We'll send all updates and your song to that email address. **What if I'm not satisfied with my song?** Email us at support@timelesssong.com and tell us what missed. Most concerns we resolve by reworking the song, and that is always where we start. Because each song is custom-made for one person, sales are generally final once work has begun; refunds are considered case by case.
