When they heard it
Someone in your life has a story like this one.
You already know it. That is the whole qualification — you answer the questions, and our songwriters do the writing.
About 5 minutes · Delivered in 7 days or less
“But they're impossible to buy for.”
That is usually the point. Someone who already owns everything, or who insists on nothing, cannot be given another thing. But nobody already owns a song about their own life. It cannot be returned, outgrown, or found in a shop, and it can never be recreated for anyone else — it is built from what you alone know about them.
“I'm not a writer.”
You don't have to be. A customer answered a few questions, the way you would text a friend. Our songwriters turned those answers into the song you just heard.
“What if it misses?”
Then you tell us and we make it right. Every song carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so the risk of finding out is not yours to carry.
“Is it worth it?”
Custom songs typically cost $500 and up. This costs a fraction of that, arrives inside a week, and is theirs for the rest of their life.

[0:02] Hi. [0:03] My name's Holly. [0:05] And recently I ordered and received an anniversary present for my husband of 42 years. [0:15] We became friends 45 years ago when he was a an all-night customer at the donut shop where I worked. [0:23] We have had three little children, [0:26] who are since grown. [0:27] We've got 15 grandchildren and almost five great-grandchildren, soon to be five. [0:38] He's so important to all of us that for our anniversary this year, I wanted him to know [0:47] just how important, how much he's loved, how much he is worth. [0:54] And I I saw the songs, um the timeless songs, and I thought, this is a great idea. [1:05] You know, I wasn't sure about it, but I decided that that would be the best way [1:14] for us to tell him, all of us, to tell him how much he's loved. [1:20] When I got the first the the copy of the song and I played it for the kids, we all just cried and cried. [1:31] And now I've sent in a video with him hearing it first. [1:37] And he was driving. [1:38] But he has watery eyes. [1:41] Thank you.
The words they heard
[Verse 1] The night shift hummed, the coffee poured, Three little hearts and me, unsure, I'd left the storm, I'd found the door, Just trying to build a life once more. Then you walked in, so quietly, Cherry cake donut, O.J. — meant to be. [Chorus] I turned and spoke, "How's my dress today?" You choked mid-bite, half-swept away. From strangers born a love so true, Every morning I still choose you. Faith carried us through every mile, Healing hearts, one more mile. [Verse 2] Three years we waited, hand in hand, Then wove our lives, a promised land. You loved my children as your own, Gave us a name, gave us a home. Mark Black, you steadied every fall, The bravest, kindest man of all. [Chorus] I turned and spoke, "How's my dress today?" You choked mid-bite, half-swept away. From strangers born a love so true, Every morning I still choose you. Faith carried us through every mile, Healing hearts, one more mile. [Bridge] Fifteen grandchildren fill the air, Five little greats now on the way, A garden grown from one small prayer, Blooming brighter every day. [Verse 3] Forty-two Augusts we have known, Look how the love that we have sown Turned quiet mornings into gold, A family more than dreams could hold. Mark, my beginning, my amen, I'd fall for you all over again. [Chorus] I turned and spoke, "How's my dress today?" You choked mid-bite, half-swept away. From strangers born a love so true, Every morning I still choose you. Faith carried us through every mile, Healing hearts, one more mile. [Outro] From a donut shop to endless days, Mark Black, my love, my hope, my grace. Forever yours, come what may.
